Across 30 days, you’ll explore 30 unique acts of kindness that focus on three areas:`

We’ll begin with simple, everyday gestures for the people in your immediate circle. From there, the acts will gently expand to include strangers, helping you see how small actions can create meaningful connections everywhere.

Kindness From Others
Often, it feels easier to give kindness than to receive it. Accepting help, compliments, or care can sometimes feel uncomfortable or undeserved. These prompts will guide you to welcome kindness from others with openness and gratitude.

Kindness To Self
The hardest kindness is often the one we show ourselves. You’ll start with small acts of self-care and gradually move toward deeper practices that feel freeing and restorative. By the end, you’ll notice a shift in how you treat yourself every day.

Sign up and become part of a group that’s walking the same 30-day kindness journey with you.
✨ Get Your Daily Challenge
Every morning, you’ll receive a simple “Kindness Challenge of the Day” to complete before the day ends.
✨ Choose What Works for You
If the main challenge isn’t possible, you’ll also get an alternative act or hack, so you never miss out.
✨ Share Your Progress
Once you finish the challenge, just reply to confirm you’ve done it.
✨ Celebrate Your Journey
Complete all 30 days and you’ll be eligible for a reward, i.e, a tracker and an e-certificate for your big effort.
Note: Each act may seem small, but together they create a powerful shift. Every challenge is designed to be safe, doable, and uplifting. We are careful enough not to make you uncomfortable with the acts, so none of them are boundary pushing. You'll be safe with us!

Thank you very much for this initiative! | enjoyed being conscious of doing acts - as small as hugging myself - that brought on a smile to my/ someone else's face. I think of the Friends episode where Phoebe goes on a quest to find a "selfless deed" and struggles - I too thought whether I am doing these for my own selfish reasons or for others? I think it was a bit of both, which I'm okay with.

I really still do not understand if I am a kind person, or if I am kinder than what I was 30 days ago, but I really enjoyed the structured exercises that you built. I like that someone in this dark world still believes that kindness shall prevail, so my vote is for you! I truly believe that if you believe that kindness can help, I would like to place my bets on.
