Refund Policy

Please note that we do not offer refunds on any digital or physical products.

Refunds are only considered within 24 hours of delivery if the physical product is severely damaged.

To request a refund for a badly damaged product, please send photographic proof of the damaged product to hi@kindheartsbrigade.com within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.
