Refund Policy
1. No Refunds
Please note that we do not offer refunds on any digital or physical products.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only considered within 24 hours of delivery if the physical product is severely damaged.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund for a badly damaged product, please send photographic proof of the damaged product to hi@kindheartsbrigade.com within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.
4. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping for any approved returns.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and we encourage you to review this policy periodically.
Events Policy
Effective Date: June 22, 2026 | Applicable to all Kind Hearts Brigade in-person events.
1. Ticket Sales & Refunds
All event registrations are final. No refunds will be issued. In the event that Kind Hearts Brigade cancels an event, registered attendees will receive a full refund to their original payment method within 7–10 business days.
2. Cancellations & Transfers
Transfers are allowed until 12 hours before the event. Credits are allowed if a cancellation is done 48 hours before the event. Credits are offered at the discretion of Kind Hearts Brigade.
3. Confidentiality
Kind Hearts Brigade will not share, publish, or disclose any personal stories or information shared by attendees at our events. By registering and attending, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of all stories and personal disclosures shared by fellow attendees. This obligation continues after the event concludes.
4. Photography & Recording
Photos and videos may be captured at our events for use in marketing and social media. By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded. If you do not wish to appear in any published content, please notify us in writing before or at the start of the event and we will make reasonable efforts to honour your request. Audio from video recordings will not be published without explicit consent.
5. Code of Conduct
All attendees are expected to engage with kindness, respect, and openness. Kind Hearts Brigade reserves the right to deny entry to or remove any attendee whose behaviour is deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe, without refund. We conduct reasonable verification of attendees prior to events and reserve the right to decline registrations at our discretion.
6. Limitation of Liability
Kind Hearts Brigade is not liable for any personal loss, injury, or emotional distress arising from attendance at our events. Attendees participate voluntarily and at their own risk.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Events Policy at any time. The most current version will be available on our website.
